About Us
Over a decade of clinical experience.
One shared belief: you are worthy of change.

Michelle has spent nearly two decades walking alongside people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. She works from a deep belief that every person is worthy of change, and that with the right support, real transformation is possible.
She specializes in trauma, addiction, and borderline personality disorder, and brings a wide range of clinical tools to her work including EMDR, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. She has experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, and more.
Michelle's approach is simple: she's here to listen, not to judge. She wants to hear your story. She believes that sometimes the most powerful thing a person can experience is having someone in their corner who is genuinely rooting for them. Someone who will tell you the truth, sit with you in the hard stuff, and remind you that you matter in this world.
Michelle offers a free 15-minute consultation and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. Call to schedule.

Each of us carries a unique story, and Brittany believes that healing looks different for everyone. Drawing from both her clinical training and her background as a practicing herbalist, she brings a whole-person perspective to her work — one that considers not just what you're struggling with, but who you are and how you live.
Brittany specializes in substance use and addiction, with experience in chemical dependency evaluations and individual sessions for ongoing support. She is trained in DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, and is currently pursuing a certificate in Neuropsychotherapy.
If you're reading this, you've already done something brave. Recovery can feel impossible from the inside — like you don't know where to start or whether it's even worth trying. Brittany's job is to sit with you in that uncertainty, listen without judgment, and help you find your way back to yourself. You matter. Your story matters. And you don't have to figure it out alone.
Brittany is available in-person and via Telehealth on Fridays. Free 15-minute consultations available.
